02 · Brand Brain

It learns your brand before it writes a word.

Mentioned crawls your site and builds a Brand Brain: what you sell, who it’s for, how you sound, the facts it may use and the claims it must never make. You can edit every line.

  • Products, audience and tone, read from your pages
  • Verified facts the fact-checker relies on

A backlink network, built carefully.

A relevance-first, never-reciprocal link exchange between Mentioned sites. It isn’t live yet — it switches on only once 200 sites meet the quality bar — and it stays opt-in.

Know the risk. Google’s spam policies treat links exchanged mainly to manipulate rankings as link spam, which can cost rankings or bring a manual action. We screen sites, match by topic, never reciprocate and cap every link — but no one can promise how a search engine will judge a network. Join only if you accept that.

Every marketKeyword data and articles per country and language.

What does Mentioned actually do?

It runs organic growth for your site on autopilot. It reads your site to learn your brand, researches keywords and competitors, plans 30 days of content, writes and fact-checks articles in your voice, publishes them to your CMS, audits your technical SEO every week, and tracks how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini recommend you — with a fix plan for the questions you lose.

Will the articles sound like us — and are they accurate?

The writer works from your Brand Brain: your products, audience, tone and the facts found on your own pages, plus anything you add or ban. Each article then goes through a fact-check pass that removes or flags claims it can’t support, and it never invents statistics, quotes, studies or customer names — sources are the real pages it researched. Every article gets a quality score; anything below your threshold waits for review instead of publishing.

Do I stay in control, or does it publish anything?

You choose. In Review mode every article waits in the editor until you approve it. In Autopilot mode, articles that clear your quality threshold publish on schedule and the rest are held for you. You can edit any article, change the plan and switch modes at any time.

Where can it publish?

Directly to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify (using a custom-app Admin API token) and Wix (beta, with a site API key), or to any system that accepts a signed webhook. Every article can also be copied or downloaded as Markdown or HTML for any other platform.

Will Google penalise AI-written content?

Google has said it focuses on the quality of content rather than how it’s produced, and treats content mass-produced mainly to manipulate rankings as spam. Mentioned is built around helpfulness — your real facts, fact-checking, a quality threshold and an optional review step — but no tool can guarantee rankings, and we don’t claim to.

How does the 90-day growth guarantee work?

Keep autopilot on and publish at least 20 articles in your first 90 days. If at day 90 neither your estimated organic traffic nor your AI visibility score is above the baseline Mentioned recorded on day 0, you can request a refund of the fees you paid during those 90 days. The full conditions are in our Terms.

Which plan do I need?

Starter ($49/mo) puts 1 site on autopilot with 15 articles a month, 1 publishing integration and 25 AI prompts on ChatGPT and Perplexity. Growth ($99/mo) doubles the writing to 30 articles, tracks 100 prompts on all four engines and adds every integration, Reddit/Quora drafts and carousels. Agency ($249/mo) covers 5 sites (+$39/mo per extra site) with white-label client reports and client logins.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 3-day trial. Stripe asks for a card at checkout, and you’re not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Annual billing gives you two months free. The free audit needs no signup at all.

What does the free audit check?

Enter your domain and we read your homepage, write five questions your buyers would ask, put them to two AI engines and score where you appear — usually in about a minute, with no signup to see your score. Add an email to unlock every answer, the competitors named and the sources cited.

What do you do with my data?

We store your site’s crawl, Brand Brain, plans, articles and the AI answers we collect so you can see trends, and you can export or delete them at any time. CMS credentials are encrypted and never shown again after you save them. We don’t sell data, and free-audit emails are only used to send your results (and follow-up tips if you opt in).
